The managers need to take the initiatives to set the goals, aims and vision and mission so that it can help to build a healthy environment for the employees where they can work peacefully. Moreover, the strategic management helps to enter into the international market and thus expand the business and reputation (Stark 2015). The strategic management helps tin the employee motivation that helps to increase the productivity and the revenue as well. This will help to analyse the strategic formation.
